Cosmetics consulting

We notify your products to the CPNP, evaluate their safety and make you comply with national and international
regulatory requirements. We take care of legal labeling, as well as ingredient and formulation review, foreign trade support and quality assurance procedures. Our services also include all types of safety and efficacy testing, as well as microbiological and physicochemical analysis.

Medical devices consulting

We offer revision and adaptation of labeling, application for authorizations, AEMPS notifications, license management and national codes. We also provide quality support, audits and specialized training. Our services include instructions for use adaptation, advertising advice, distribution registration management, drafting of technical documents and facilities support.

Medicines consulting

We request Marketing Authorization and its revalidations. We are also in charge of preparing technical sheets, leaflets and labeling, requesting prices and financing, as well as advertising authorization. We make our extensive knowledge in phytotherapy available to so-called Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products (THMPs) . Likewise, we provide support regarding GMP and Pharmacovigilance.

Our history

Supplaffairs was born after a long and intense experience in the field of technical-scientific and legal consultancy
related to products of both natural and synthetic origin, such as food supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, personal care products…

Thanks to the challenges we have faced throughout all these years, we have been able to extract knowledge, practical, decisive and strategic vision, as well as agility and speed in the work entrusted to us by our clients.

In addition, we have solved a multitude of official communications from the Administration, since, especially in the area of food supplements, the lack of harmonization leads to a free interpretation of the regulations, which is sometimes detrimental to companies in this sector.

This has allowed us to be more efficient when it comes to the regulatory evaluation of any project, because beyond complying with regulations, we have to take into account what we may encounter in practice.

Our team is made up of pharmacists and biologists with a long history and a great spirit of learning and renewal, necessary qualities in the world of regulatory affairs, since regulations are constantly changing. We are also characterized by extra training in the field of phytotherapy, which allows us a greater understanding when working with products based on medicinal plants. We are currently participating in the tutoring of the Medicinal Plants and Health postgraduate course at the University of Barcelona (UB). In addition, we are members of scientific societies such as AEFI (Spanish Association of Industry Pharmacists) and SEFIT (Spanish Society of Phytotherapy), which allows us to keep abreast of all legislative developments in the sector.
